Delivery and return

  1. Delivery of goods
    1.1 When ordering the Goods, the Buyer must specify the exact delivery address.
    1.2 The Buyer must take delivery of the Goods himself. If the Buyer is unable to take delivery of the goods himself, but the goods have been delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make any claim for the goods having been delivered to the wrong person.
    1.3 The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the descriptions of the Goods.
    1.4 The characteristics of all goods for sale shall be set out in the description accompanying each item. The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the colour, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online shop may not correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.

  2. Returning goods
    2.1 Goods of good quality may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The defects of goods sold in poor quality shall be rectified, the poor quality goods shall be replaced and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
    2.2 The following conditions must be complied with when returning goods:
    2.2.1. The returned product must be in its original packaging in good condition (this does not apply if the product is of poor quality);
    2.2.2. the Goods must be in good condition;
    2.2.3. the goods must be unused and in good condition: labels must be intact, protective films must not have been torn off, etc. (this does not apply in the case of returns of low-quality goods);
    2.2.4 The returned goods must be in the same condition as when received by the Buyer (this clause does not apply in the case of a return of low quality goods);
    2.2.5 The Seller shall have the right to refuse to accept the Buyer's return of the Goods if the conditions for the return of the Goods have not been observed;
    2.2.6.The return of the Goods shall be carried out in the manner prescribed by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Goods (this clause does not apply in the case of low-quality goods, in which case the return of the Goods shall be carried out within the statutory warranty period);
    2.3 Returns and replacements of goods of satisfactory quality shall be made in accordance with Article 6.22810(1) of the Civil Code;
    2.4 Money paid for Goods accepted by the Buyer but subsequently rejected shall be refunded to the Buyer's account no later than 5 (five) days after the Goods have been returned to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.

  3. Final provisions
    3.1 These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
    3.2 These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between the Parties hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
    3.3 All disputes arising out of the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
    3.4 The Parties shall be excused from performance of their obligations hereunder if such performance is prevented by unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force Major).
