1. General provisions

1.1 These E-shop Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), setting out the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2 The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Buyer shall be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions on the website of the e-shop.

2. Conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement

2.1 The contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for the goods in the online shop, having first read these Rules.

3. Seller's rights

3.1 In the event of serious circumstances, the Seller may suspend temporarily or completely the operation of the e-shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2 If the Buyer attempts to undermine the operation, stability and security of the e-shop or violates his/her obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the e-shop without notice.

4. Seller's obligations

4.1 The Seller undertakes to make available the services of the online shop, the conditions of operation of which are set out in these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods purchased by the Buyer by the delivery method chosen by the Buyer in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
4.3 Where, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered in the online shop, the Seller shall have the right to terminate the Sale and Purchase Agreement by notifying the Buyer in advance. The Seller may offer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid within 3 working days.
4.4.If the Buyer exercises the right provided for in Clause 5.2 of the Terms and Conditions, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer the money paid within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
4.5 The Seller may withhold any refund to the Buyer until the Goods have been returned to the Seller or until the Buyer has provided proof that the Goods have been dispatched to the Seller, whichever is the earlier.

5. Buyer's rights

5.1 The Buyer shall be entitled to purchase the Goods in the Online Shop in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of goods concluded in the e-shop by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
5.3.The Buyer may exercise the Buyer's right as set out in clause 5.2 only if the Goods have not been damaged or substantially altered in appearance and have not been used.

6. Obligations of the buyer

6.1 The Buyer shall pay for and accept the Goods purchased in accordance with these Conditions.
6.2 If the Buyer refuses to accept the Goods at the time of delivery without good reason, the Buyer shall be liable for the cost of returning the Goods upon the Seller's request.
6.3 At the time of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Buyer shall inspect the condition of the consignment and the Goods(s) together with the Seller or the person delivering the consignment.
6.4 By using the online shop, the Buyer confirms that he/she accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale and must comply with them.

7. Commodity prices

7.1 The prices of the goods in the online shop shall be quoted in euros. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Once the order has been confirmed, delivery charges, if any, shall be added to the total amount of the goods.

8. Ordering and payment of goods

8.1 The Customer shall, after visiting the online shop, select the goods he/she likes and place them in the shopping cart. After the shopping cart has been created, the Buyer shall enter the personal data necessary for the execution of the order: his/her name, surname, the address to which the goods will be delivered, telephone number and any additional information that may be relevant for the delivery of the goods ordered. The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read these Rules and confirms the order.

9. Final provisions

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are made in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2 These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between the Parties hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.3 All disputes arising out of the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.4 The Parties shall be excused from performance of their obligations hereunder if such performance is prevented by unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force Major).
